Tigerpink were asked to redesign and take over the website hosting of Woodhouse Voice, the online presence of Alan Woodhouse, a voice and speech coach based in London.
Alan was frustrated with his previous web designer. He wanted a company who would respond to his requests for updates within a reasonable time frame, which his designer just wasn’t doing. At Tigerpink we pride ourselves on our customer service. We treat our clients as we like to be treated ourselves, with politeness and respect. When we say we are going to do something, we do it, on time and on budget.
We redesigned the website using WordPress as a content management system, which now allows Alan to update the site himself whenever he wishes. We trained Alan (a confirmed and dedicated technophobe) within a phone call and an email or two of support.
