We combined one-to-one conversations with workshops to explore a co-leadership model and communication. The Founder and Team then together enrolled into the Positive Intelligence\u00ae app-based programme.<\/p>\n
This helped them align their vision, deepen their communication and build greater trust in themselves and each other. It also enabled them to overcome a \u2018pleaser\u2019 dynamic that had built up over the years, so that they could have more honest and constructive conversations moving forwards.
