Mental Fitness Training was developed by Shirzad Charmine of Positive Intelligence and is a synthesis of the latest breakthroughs in Neuroscience, Positive and Cognitive Psychology, and Performance Science.

What do we mean by mental fitness? Well, if you want to climb a hill or run for a bus you need a level of physical fitness. To meet life’s challenges positively you need a level of mental fitness.

Your mental fitness level is measured by your PQ (Positive Intelligence) score. That score is determined by the time you spend governed by the negative emotions of your Survival brain relative to the positive emotions of your PQ brain.

Most of us live predominantly in our Survival brain. It’s why there’s so much low-level stress and distress in our daily lives. But in a few short weeks it is possible to activate the PQ brain regions so that we live and work more positively and successfully.

In this six-week programme I will show you how build your mental fitness. You will learn how to:

  • Weaken your inner saboteurs
  • Activate a sage response in challenging situations
  • Develop your self-command muscles

After 6-8 weeks of intensive training, MRI scans show that the grey matter in the PQ brain has grown, whilst the areas of the Survival brain that govern our limiting fears and saboteurs have started to atrophy.
